No matter your business goals, our team is always here to craft a clear plan that will get you from where you are, to where you want to be. A successful campaign develops strategies that answer the questions of “why” and “what”, while mapping out a communications plan that answers the “how.” We work with you to cohesively connect with your audiences across all channels while you share a new message, offer information, or launch something new. Campaign action items may include media relations, social media, brand activation, event ideation, video production, copywriting, and print/digital content themes.

The Process.

Collect Insights

When kicking off any new campaign project, our first priority is collecting pertinent data to help us better plan and make decisions for your business. Developing a campaign means identifying your target audiences as well as being aware of competitors in your industry. It also means establishing the platforms and outlets where the campaign will live and gathering inspiration for possible directions that can be taken. We'll take an in-depth look at what others have done and see what stance you can take to differentiate your product or service. We'll also look into the history of your brand to review any foreseeable challenges that could hinder our campaign along the way.

Establish Goals

Before diving into campaign creation, we need to understand why it's crucial to your business to launch this new campaign. We'll set goals for the long term needs of your brand, while also honing in on your hopes, vision, and expectations. While these goals may be broad, abstract, and potentially difficult to quantify, outlining them helps our team to craft meaningful strategies that always point back to the end goal.

Identify Objectives

Once campaign goals are formed, we get to work creating specific campaign objectives. Think of objectives like desired achievements that will assist in making your goals a reality. These objectives will explain what needs to be done in order for these goals to be met and they'll be laid out in concrete, measurable terms.

Craft Key Messages

Key messages are the core phrases you want your target audience to latch on to. They create meaning and highlight the issues you want to discuss. Key messages ultimately allow you to control communications, enhance relationships with your target audiences, and are an important feature of a successful campaign.

Outline Strategies

With goals and objectives in place, we begin creating specific, targeted strategies for how they will be achieved. Where the goals are the "macro" reason for creating a campaign in the first place, the strategies are the "micro" action we will take to set it into motion. These strategies may take the shape of an activation event, a social media campaign, a press release, etc.

Execute Tactics

Going one final level further, campaign tactics are the granular tasks that exist within each strategy. And now that we've created a rock solid plan, it's time to execute. Planning out tactics gives the campaign team assignments in order to complete every strategy efficiently. For instance, if planning a launch event is a campaign strategy, the tactics that exist within it could be planning activities at the event, capturing video footage for use on social media, and inviting local influencers to promote your content.

Tell a Story

Each step along the way to creating a successful campaign, all come together to tell a unique story. Without a driving creative concept, a campaign lacks intention and won't connect with your target audience. Where all of the aforementioned steps are the pieces to getting the job done, the story behind the campaign is the glue that holds all those pieces together and, in-turn, make your campaign stand out.
