Nestled in the heart of paradise, Fort Myers, Florida, Las Palmas is an upscale apartment community that embodies the term “coastal living”. As the second NRP property that Hype has branded, we were tasked to develop an identity inspired by the one of the most desired beach towns in the country.

NRP’s mission is to create exceptional rental opportunities for individuals and families, regardless of income. It’s important that this value is present and highlighted throughout the messaging for all of their residential communities. The soul of this property was described as slightly contemporary, current but not too trendy; coastal, Spanish influence with an old Florida vibe. Our team developed a brand foundation that aligns with this identity and deeply expressed the focus on their residents’ satisfaction.

The possibilities for collateral materials, signage, and merchandise are endless when it comes to residential communities. This package included everything from apparel to print collateral, and even wallpaper design. Our team made sure to weave the branding throughout each touch point so that potential residents would experience the coastal living values from their first introduction to the time they sign their lease. With details like nautical icons, airy photography, and overall soothing vibes, we made this community feel like an oasis and a home. From eye-catching signage to custom illustration for interior finishes, this brand evolved into more than just a design, it became an entire experience.

The city of Fort Myers is rich with history, waterfront views, top-notch shopping, and exceptional attractions. We wanted to reveal how the locals live by highlighting the areas most beautiful features. After speaking with residents and researching notable scenery and staples in close proximity to the Las Palmas apartment location, our team travelled to the city of palms to see for ourselves. We shot gorgeous images of the Fort Myers beach shores, downtown skylines, architectural wonders, and cultural hotspots to be used for the Las Palmas Apartments website, marketing materials, signage, ad designs, social content, and more.
