Naming

NRP Group tasked the Hype team with naming the apartment community. Through extensive research and brainstorm sessions, we landed on a name that was just the beginning of something beautiful. The name ‘Cirrus’ represents the wispy white clouds found in the blue skies above the Manatee River.

Key Messaging

Where you choose to live says a lot about who you are and because of that, we built the Cirrus brand to stand out amongst other apartment communities in Manatee County. Our goal with the Key Messaging was to convey that this community is a haven for comfort and sophistication. The brand is refined, light, elevated, engaging and not intimidating.

Brand Development

We created a custom logotype that is free-flowing with a hand-done feel. Details in the typography also give the logo a refreshing approach, giving viewers the feeling of an uplifting escape.

The visuals and illustrations seen throughout the Cirrus brand are also inspired by the overall spirit of cirrus clouds – easygoing, free-spirited and full of movement. The Illustrations feature tropical influences and beautiful textures that make Cirrus feel like the true escape that it is. This style combines luxury and playfulness to reflect the coastal lifestyle in a unique way.
