We wanted to craft Azora’s Brand Foundation to reflect the approachability of the community, while highlighting their elevated sense of style. This isn’t just an apartment complex, it’s a community. Azora is a place where you grow, create memories, connect with your neighbors, and explore.

End result, our team crafted a Brand Foundation that reflects how the community was created with their residents in mind.

Brand Development

At Azora, residents are promised resort-style amenities with access to the best of the Florida lifestyle. We knew that our brand identity had to perfectly reflect this blend of luxury and relaxation. We began by developing a completely custom logotype and unique brand mark.

After exploring several ideas, we landed on an illustration of the Mockingbird, Florida’s state bird, to connect the community with the beautiful natural world that surrounds Azora. From there, we incorporated classic typefaces and a warm, inviting color palette to round out the visual identity. The end result is a cohesive brand system that is equal parts elevated and approachable.

Brand Evolution

The possibilities for collateral materials, signage, and merchandise are endless when it comes to residential communities. This package included everything from apparel to print collateral, and even wallpaper design.

Our team made sure to weave the branding throughout each touch point so that potential residents would be immersed in the Azora lifestyle from their first introduction to move-in day.
