Bainbridge Properties came to Hype seeking brand evolution for a new property on Central Avenue in downtown St. Pete. 930 Central Flats exists at the heart of St. Pete's bustling Edge district and exists to promote the unique character and spirit of one of the fastest growing cities in Florida.

Above all, 930 wanted to exude their support for the local community and exist to serve the people that make St. Pete the special city that it is. We communicated this from the get-go in 930’s brand positioning, anchoring their messaging in the pillars of culture, inclusion, and preservation. With St. Pete being no stranger to large apartment communities disrupting the vibe of the city, it was important for 930 to stand out as a local supporter that was created to add to the culture, not simply profit from it.

So when approaching the visual identity of 930, our team took inspiration from our surroundings to develop brand assets that speak to the community and to those who want more out of life. Celebrating the eclectic culture and luminous style of St. Pete, the design utilizes bright colors and photojournalist photography, embodying St. Pete’s breezy and unique charm. In a city with so much, Central Avenue is the apex of fine dining, dive bars, craft fare and one-of-a-kind boutiques. The copy, layout, and design connect back to all the opportunities that living at 930 Central Flats offer.
