We then take what we’ve learned and begin to craft a brand message and identity that will be impactful across multiple touchpoints.
Once we’ve gotten to know you and your brand, we’ll perform a competitive analysis of the market and your competition. We’ll break down what’s working, what’s not working, and share our recommendations on how to stay ahead of the curve. We’ll offer guidance on growing your audience through strategic engagement and provide recommendations based on current industry best-practices. This ensures that everything we create for your brand is led by data and developed with purpose.
After we’ve immersed ourselves in your concept, we get to work developing your Brand Foundation. Your Brand Foundation is the written representation of your brand that refines your message, while honing in on your voice, tone, and personality. In this phase we use the research, insight, and creative vision that we’ve complied thus far to define your brand story in a way that sets you apart, inspires your audience, and builds long lasting connections.
Prior to developing brand design concepts, our creative team creates Mood Boards to share the inspiration behind the visual representation of your brand. This is a succinct collection of creative assets that illustrate a brand’s visual identity. It’s intended to be open to interpretation, but will still provide a solid direction as we move into the design phase. It can contain inspiration for image treatment, colors, typography, patterns, shapes, and elements that will work together to make a cohesive direction for your brand.
When we reach the Brand Design phase, we’ll have learned so much about your business, your products, your industry, your goals, and your vision that we’ll have a clear path to move forward with your brand design concepts. We’ll create a full system of creative assets that can include logo variations, icons, illustrations, typography, patterns, and more that are showcased in a variety of applications. We work collaboratively internally, and with you, to refine these creative concepts and then present for you to review.
Once the brand directions have been presented and a concept has been chosen, our team will review any revision requests a client may have. We’ll discuss them openly and give recommendations on how to best move forward with your chosen concept. Once finalized, we’ll export all creative assets in the necessary file types, and organize them into folders for easy future access. To wrap the project, we’ll also create a Brand Guide that encompasses both the Brand Foundation and the Visual Identity of your new brand which clearly outlines proper usage of all of your brand elements for easy implementation.
