Made Coffee

Made Coffee introduced the first cold brew coffee cannery and tasting room in downtown St. Petersburg, and they called on us to redesign their logo and brand. Our work also included designing the eye-catching packaging for their cold brew cans, social media graphics, and print design work. Their successful product needed our creative direction to elevate the brand to the next level: mass distribution and retail sales.

Branding

Made Owner Michael Rideout worked closely with our creative team to hone the concept for this new brand. With Rideout’s assistance, we were able to develop an eye-catching and fun visual identity. We utilized bright colors, bold typography, and playful illustrations.

Packaging

After locking in the elements of Made’s new brand, we switched focus to the hero product: the canned cold brew. We wanted to create a vibrant can wrap that also broke down the process behind creating cold brew coffee. To do this, we developed an illustrated process diagram to adorn the back of the can that utilized the natural aluminum of the can to appeal to the viewer. Upon presenting the Made Coffee team with the new brand and can designs, they were clearly as smitten as we were. The cold brew now stands out on shelves and makes you want to #SlamACan! The new brand and its assets will allow Made to grow in the Tampa Bay area and beyond. Prior to launch, a glowing review by Creative Loafing fueled an appetite for the cold brew and our strong design for a stellar product kept the buzz alive on social media.
